this is ianna. she’s a load of fun and absolutely fabulous! she is also an aspiring model, so she asked me if i could take some shots to get her portfolio started. i obliged, and glad i did, because the camera absolutely ADORED her! she was also DELIGHT to shoot, and i loved the fact that she was willing to try out my ideas, but also had a ton of her own. we spent a few hours cruising the streets of north beach, and even went to the library and playground.

how to coax a laugh out of your clients: do something clumsy, like trip. i never fail to do something equally klutzy at every shoot.
